A lot has changed with the passage of a new law called the PACT Act, perhaps the largest expansion of benefits in the history of the VA and on March 5, 2024 there was an update called Section 103. All Veteran’s exposed to toxic exposure risk activity both overseas and stateside are eligible for VA Healthcare-please see the attached flyer.
