The Purpose
Vetinfo.org was born from a profound sense of necessity. Bill Watts, a Gulf War veteran and devoted advocate, saw firsthand how many veterans struggled to find the crucial resources and support they needed. Recognizing this critical gap, he envisioned a one-stop platform to offer easy access to vital information and services. Driven by the belief that such a centralized solution would be both the most effective and user-friendly, Team Vetinfo set out to bring this vision to life. Today, Vetinfo.org thrives thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers, with no paid employees. The founding team includes Bill, a veteran, along with Mark Pinilla and Precious Leaks-Gutierrez, both dependents of Vietnam War veterans, all united in their mission to serve and support their fellow service members.
The Mission
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life and well-being of U.S. Veterans by providing advocacy, resources, and education. We are committed to supporting Veterans through organized recreational outings, fostering connections with VA Hospitals, and collaborating with other non-profit organizations. Our goal is to empower Veterans with the tools, knowledge, and community they need to thrive, ensuring they receive the care and respect they deserve. By working together with key partners, we aim to create a comprehensive network of support that addresses the physical, mental, and emotional needs of Veterans, helping them lead fulfilling lives.
Who We Serve
We are here to provide assistance to all the courageous men and women who served in the U.S. Military from World War 2, Korea, Vietnam, Gulf War, War on Terrorism, and all conflicts in between along with their families.
