Samantha Pinilla embodies leadership and service to her community. As a 16-year-old Junior at the School of Advanced Studies at Miami Dade College, Samantha excels at everything she puts her mind to.
Samantha is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt practitioner. To enhance her skill set, she travels to different schools to train. In addition, she helps her school by training and teaching in both the children’s and adult classes. She is also an Ambassador for Jiu-Jitsu Gypsies a woman’s club that supports women who practice the sport.
