By submitting an event for inclusion on the Vet Info, Inc. online calendar hosted at www.vetinfo.org (the "Website"), you (the "Submitter") agree to the following Terms of Submission:
Purpose of the Calendar
The Vet Info online calendar is designed to announce events that support military veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families. Vet Info, Inc. (“Vet Info”) provides this service as a goodwill gesture to the parties submitting events.
Submission and Approval Process
All event submissions are subject to Vet Info’s review and approval. Vet Info reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny any submission without cause, reason, or explanation. Submission of an event does not guarantee its inclusion on the calendar.
No Liability or Responsibility
Vet Info assumes no liability or responsibility for the accuracy, legality, quality, or content of any event posted on the Website. Vet Info does not endorse or verify the legitimacy of any event, organizer, or associated entity. All reliance on event information is at the risk of the Website user.
Submitter’s Representations and Warranties
By submitting an event, the Submitter represents and warrants that:
The event details provided are accurate and truthful.
The submission does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
The Submitter has the authority to promote the event.
Indemnification
The Submitter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vet Info, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the event submission, including but not limited to claims of inaccuracy, misrepresentation, or legal violations.
Modification and Termination
Vet Info reserves the right to modify or remove any event from the calendar at any time, for any reason, without notice. Vet Info may also modify these Terms of Submission at its discretion. Continued submissions following any changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Submission shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
