A second world premiere follows with Marcos Campos Salas’s An American in Miami\, a vibrant tribute to the city’s multicultural spirit\, presented as part of the official celebration of Emilio Estefan Day (March 8). Emilio Estefan\, Chairman of the Board of the Miami Symphony Orchestra\, will be present for the celebration\, joined by global artist DJ Khaled as the evening’s Voice Over. \nA major highlight of the program is Maestro Eduardo Marturet’s Unity and Glory — the official Concacaf Anthem\, specially commissioned by the Confederation of North\, Central America and Caribbean Association Football. As the musical emblem of one of the world’s most influential football confederations\, the anthem symbolizes unity\, pride\, and collective aspiration across an entire region connected by sport and culture.
